GirlPower Jersey Shore welcomes girls from Kindergarten through High School, and no previous football experience is required.

Every Sunday afternoon, Ocean Township becomes the home of girls flag football along the Jersey Shore.
Games begin at 12:30 PM and continue through 4:30 PM, creating an exciting afternoon where girls from across the region compete, learn, and build lasting friendships.
Families gather on the sidelines to cheer, celebrate big plays, and watch girls of every age discover what they’re capable of. Younger athletes watch the older divisions compete, while our High School players become role models for the next generation.
